A 2012 Bunnahabhain from Signatory, released as the Sea Shepherd edition. It is bottled at 46% and comes in a 70cl bottle. Bunnahabhain sits on the north-eastern corner of Islay, facing the island of Jura across the Sound of Islay. The distillery was built in 1881, and the site was so remote that a long, winding road to the shore had to be laid first. Its water rises from an underground spring, the Margadale, and carries relatively little peat for Islay.
