Cadenhead's Original Collection GlenAllachie-Glenlivet 10 Year Old 2014 (46%)

This is a Speyside single malt distilled at GlenAllachie in 2014 and bottled by William Cadenhead in February 2025 for the Original Collection. It matured for 10 years entirely in Bourbon casks and was bottled at 46% ABV. The Bourbon casks bring out the fruity malt character of GlenAllachie, with nuts, caramel and creamy sweetness alongside white grapes, ginger and fresh orchard fruit. The nose is walnuts, caramel, sandalwood, crème brûlée and gorse. The palate is rich and malty, with white grapes, almonds and stem ginger. The finish brings orchard fruits, kiwi skin and cinnamon.
