A single cask 13 year old GlenAllachie from Speyside, matured in Oloroso hogshead 3046 and selected for the UK market. It was distilled on 20th November 2012 and bottled on 1st September 2026 at a cask strength of 60.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 300 bottles.
The nose has salted caramel, mocha and chocolate digestives, with honeycomb, golden syrup and light coffee. The palate leads with dried orchard fruit and mocha, then cinnamon, heather honey, plum jam and crystallised ginger. The finish is cocoa, dark fruit, coffee and lingering ginger spice.
