A 15 year old blended Japanese whisky from Chugoku Jozo, bottled at 43.8%. It combines malt and grain whisky that matured in oak casks stored in the Togouchi tunnel, where conditions stay constant. Tunnel maturation is a defining feature of the Togouchi range.
Vanilla, chocolate, citrus, gentle sweetness, oak and a restrained peat note make up its flavour.
