Clonakilty Triple Distilled is an Irish whisky, triple distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43.6%. It is a single batch release and the first whisky from the Clonakilty Distillery. It was finished in the distillery's Atlantic Warehouse. The nose is lightly spicy, with vanilla, freshly cut grass, ripe apples and pears, and leather. The palate is warming and spicy, with pepper and ginger, then freshly cut grass, hazelnuts and almonds. The finish is lingering, balanced and spicy.
