Coastal Stone Shiraz Cask Single Malt (50cl)

Shiraz Cask is a single malt from Coastal Stone Whisky, made by Manly Spirits Co. and bottled in 50cl. It is the fourth expression in the Element Series. It was distilled and matured on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. The spirit was laid down in ex-Barossa Valley Shiraz wine casks during the distillery's first year of distilling, and it matured in the coastal marine air. The cask is said to have given it characters of dark fruit and pepper spice.
