Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon, hand-picked barrel by barrel and bottled in bond at 100 proof.
It honours Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who fought for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 and had bought what is now Buffalo Trace Distillery nearly three decades earlier. Many of the barrels chosen for this bottling are aged in Warehouse C, which Taylor built in 1881.
