Connemara Irish Single Malt is a peated single malt from Cooley Distillery in Ireland. It has won more gold medals over the last decade than any other Irish whiskey.
It is silky smooth, starting with a honey sweetness, followed by malt and fruit flavours before full-bodied peat comes through. Peat is the thread that runs through it, arriving last and with the most weight.
