Connemara Single Malt

Connemara is an Irish single malt made at the Cooley distillery, and it is a peated whisky. Cooley revived the old Irish tradition of drying malted barley over glowing peat fires, and Connemara draws on those long-established distilling traditions. That peat-drying is what sets it apart among Irish whiskies. It is known for a soft, sweet malt flavour alongside complex peat flavours.
