A 19 year old Irish single malt from Cooley, distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2021 at 53.8% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from independent bottler Gleann Mor and belongs to its Rare Finds series.
The whisky was finished in an ex-rum cask from the Caribbean.
The nose is buttery caramel, banana fritters and pineapple. On the palate come pear drops, dates, raisins and peppery oak.
