An overproof rum from Copalli, made from organic heirloom sugar cane, rainwater and yeast, with no molasses base and no added sugar, colour or flavouring.
The rum is 100% pot distilled, then rested in American oak ex-bourbon barrels in Belize's hot, humid rainforest climate, and released at 118 proof. The Copal Tree Distillery operates on a closed-loop, zero-waste basis.
