Cotswolds Peated Cask (60.2%)

Cotswolds Peated Cask is an English single malt bottled at a cask strength of 60.2%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. The barley is Odyssey, grown on Cotswolds farms and floor malted at Warminster Maltings. It is fermented for more than 90 hours and distilled twice in copper pot stills, then reduced to 63.5% and filled into ex-peated quarter casks from Scotland, where it matured fully. The nose is vanilla with spiced fruit. Creamy smoke, light fruit and cask tannins lead the palate, and the finish is long, with smoke mingling with honey and wood sugar.
