Cotswolds – Signature Single Malt

Cotswolds Signature is a single malt from the Cotswolds, and the first whisky made there. It belongs to the Classics Collection and is made from locally grown Cotswold barley that has been traditionally floor-malted. Maturation takes place in STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) ex-red wine barriques, which bring a rich, bold, fruity character. The malt is blended with whisky matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. Honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle run through the notes.
