A single malt from Craigellachie distillery in Speyside, from the 2010 vintage and bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd at 60.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was built in 1891 and now belongs to the Bacardi Martini group. A renovation in 1964 took it to four stills, and the water now comes from the Blue Hill. Worm tubs, spiral copper pipes, cool the vapour, which leaves the new make with little copper contact and a robust flavour.
