Crow 86 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the James B. Beam Distillery, aged for a minimum of three years. It revives the historic 86-proof format of a long-established nameplate, dropping the word "Old" from the name.
The nose has caramel, vanilla and mild spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, with mellow sweetness, buttery caramel and light oak. The finish is clean and warm, with gentle, lingering spice.
