Cuvage Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico is a sparkling wine presented in a 6-litre Mathusalem format in a wooden case. Made by the classic method, it shows a fine, persistent mousse, a bright pale straw colour with golden reflections, and an elegant, complex bouquet of white flowers, citrus and bread crust from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with very fine bubbles, a robust structure from lees ageing and well-balanced acidity. It is ideal as an aperitif and also pairs well with raw fish, oysters, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
