A single cask Welsh single malt from Da Mhile, distilled and filled in February 2016 and aged for over nine years exclusively in a sherry hogshead. Just 230 bottles were made.
It is a clear, golden amber colour. The nose is sweet, with malt and cherry tobacco leading to vanilla, sundried banana and maple wood.
Fruity sweetness and warmth open the palate, with classic malt and green apples. The finish has a silky mouthfeel, with vanilla, oak and balanced tannins.
