This is a 16 year old Dailuaine, a Speyside single malt distilled in 2008 and bottled in April 2025 by Elixir Distillers for its Single Malts of Scotland series. It spent its whole maturation in a single Oloroso sherry hogshead, and 286 bottles were filled from that cask. The sherry cask gives the whisky a rich, sherried depth, with dark fruit and spice.
