This is a 2012 Dailuaine, a Speyside single malt bottled by Signatory at 59.2% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The name Dailuaine means green valley. The distillery stands on the southern bank of the Spey at Carron, near Aberlour, and was founded in 1851 by William Mackenzie. Almost all of its whisky went into blends, chiefly Johnnie Walker.
