Dolin Rouge is a vermouth made from fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambery. It is bottled at 16% and suits drinking as an aperitif or mixing into cocktails.
The nose brings dried fruits, light honey and florals. The palate is big and sweet, with a toffee character, and it closes with a lingering, bitter floral finish.
