A 14-year-old Barbados rum made at the Foursquare Distillery in Saint Philip.
It is distilled in pot stills and column stills, then matured for 14 years in a mix of ex-Bourbon casks and Madeira casks from Portugal.
The nose shows intense sweetness with exotic fruits, fresh apples and toffee; the palate is full-bodied and complex, with tropical fruits, cocoa, vanilla, caramel, molasses and oak; the finish is long and intense with fruit and cocoa.
