Douglas Laing Timorous Beastie Moscatel 2025 (70cl, 48%)

Timorous Beastie Moscatel is the third and final limited edition of the Cheese Cellar Collection from Douglas Laing. It is a Highland blended malt, including some Strathearn single malt, finished in Moscatel casks. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtration, and only 4,200 bottles were made. The whisky was created to accompany artisan cheeses, and the brand describes its sweet, fruity and floral flavours as a good match for the soft, tangy creaminess of goat's cheese.
