A peated Highlands single malt, aged for 10 years and bottled at 50.2% in a 70cl bottle. Batch #2 of Dragonjuice is a marriage of four first fill casks: a Ruby Port barrique, a PX sherry hogshead, an Oloroso sherry hogshead and a red wine barrique.
The casks bring dark berries, dried fruit and sherry sweetness to a strongly smoky style. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and 951 bottles were produced.
The nose is peat smoke with dark berries, dried fruit and spice. The palate has strong smoke, dark fruit, PX sweetness and hazelnut. The finish is long, smoky, warm and lightly nutty.
