Dragonjuice Islay Peated Batch 2 is a ten-year-old peated Islay single malt, bottled by the independent bottler Whisky Druid at 50.4% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Three first-fill casks were combined for this batch: a Tawny Port barrique, an Oloroso sherry butt and a Bourbon barrel. Together they bring fruity depth from the port, nutty spice from the Oloroso and a vanilla base from the bourbon, set against the strong peat smoke of Islay.
Batch 2 was limited to 1,035 bottles.
