Eagle Rare 10 Year is a Kentucky straight bourbon, made at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, and sold in a 75cl bottle. It is made from the distillery's low-rye mash bill number 1 and aged for ten years in charred American oak barrels.
The nose is sweet oak, vanilla and caramel with a little bourbon spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, with toffee, toasted oak, vanilla and gentle baking spice. The finish is long, clean and warming, with lingering caramel sweetness and oak.
