Edradour 30 Years Old marks the 200th anniversary of Edradour Distillery, 1825 to 2025. Batch No.1 was distilled on 20 June 1995 and bottled on 1 July 2025 at a cask strength of 56.3%, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from two first-fill sherry butts and was filled into 1,287 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is dark dried fruit, raisins, leather, fine wood and dark chocolate. The palate is full and deep, with classic sherry notes, spices, nuts and a touch of coffee. The finish is long, with oak spice, dark fruit and a pleasant warmth.
