This is a 2012 single malt from Edradour, matured in a bourbon cask and bottled by the distillery under the Ibisco name at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Edradour sits in the Highlands a few miles west of Pitlochry, near Moulin, and is believed to date from 1825. It is the only Scottish distillery still run wholly in the farmhouse manner, and was long the country's smallest, with two stills making 15 casks a week.
