An Edradour single malt from 2008, finished in a Frühburgunder barrique and bottled by the distillery at 56% in a 70cl bottle. Edradour is in the Highlands, at Moulin a few miles west of Pitlochry. Its founding is believed to date to 1825, and it remains the only Scottish distillery kept entirely in farmhouse style. For many years it was the smallest distillery in the country, with two stills making just 15 casks a week.
