This Edradour single malt is from the 2007 vintage and has a finish in Frühburgunder barriques. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Edradour lies a few miles west of Pitlochry, near Moulin, in the Highlands. It is thought to have been founded in 1825 and is the only Scottish distillery still run in the style of a farmhouse operation. For a long time it was the smallest distillery in Scotland, its two stills making just 15 casks a week.
