Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask (70cl, 54.5%)

Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Elixir Distillers and part of its core range. It is bottled at 54.5% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring and without chill-filtration. The blend pairs a classic, rich barbecue smoke from an Islay distillery on the south coast with subtler, spicier notes from a distillery on the island's north coast. It matures in a combination of first-fill and refill bourbon casks.
