Elements of Islay Cask Edit (70cl)

Elements of Islay Cask Edit is an Islay blended malt Scotch whisky created by Elixir Distillers, in a 70cl bottle. It brings together heavily peated single malt from the island's South Coast with unpeated single malt from the North Coast. It is non-chill filtered and natural in colour. The nose is popped corn, vanilla, freshly cut apples, sea salt and gentle peat smoke. The palate is sweet and smoky, with lemon zest, candied ginger, dried herbs, sea spray and light oak. The finish is clean and medium in length, with wood smoke, citrus peel and a touch of brine.
