Elixir Distillers Elements of Islay Cask Edit (70cl, 46%)

Elements of Islay Cask Edit is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Elixir Distillers, bottled at 46%. It belongs to the core range, which sets it apart from the small batch Elements of Islay single malts. It joins a rich, smoky single malt from an Islay distillery on the south coast with a fresher, fruitier style from the north coast of the island. The blend matures in a mix of refill, bourbon and sherry casks, and it is strongly smoky in character. It is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration, at a strength chosen to balance drinkability with personality.
