Epitome Reserve Peated is a limited-edition Indian single malt, the second edition of the Epitome Reserve whisky from Diageo India. It was released in 3,600 numbered bottles, each signed by Master Blender Mahesh Patil.
It is made from Indian six-row barley and Islay peat, distilled in copper pot stills in Goa. The whisky matured in American oak casks and was then finished in cabernet sauvignon casks. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The cabernet sauvignon finish adds flavours reminiscent of mint, plum, mulberry and cherry.
