FEW Immortal Rye (46.5%)

Immortal Rye is an American rye whiskey from FEW Spirits of Chicago, a distillery that has worked grain to glass since 2011. After distilling, the whiskey is brought down to bottling strength with Oolong tea rather than plain water. The spiciness of the distillery's classic rye carries over into the tea, giving a softer finish than a traditional rye. It is bottled at 46.5%, or 93 proof, a nod to 1893 and the Chicago World's Fair that inspires the labels. The flavour is described as peach, honey and the exotic note of dragon fruit.
