A 16 year old single cask rum from the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados, distilled in 2007 and bottled by Cadenhead's at 55% vol. It was aged for 14 years in a mix of ex-Bourbon and Madeira casks. It is bottled without additives, sugar or colouring and without chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
