FUYU is a small-batch blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It combines malt and grain whiskies from small family distilleries on Honshu, and the label carries artistic Japanese design. The nose has warm vanilla, light spice, ripe peach and a hint of oak. On the palate it is soft and round, with honey, caramel, white pepper and a touch of grain. The finish is medium-long and slightly sweet, with a fine hint of Japanese herbs.
