Balmorhea is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers. It is matured twice, in two completely different oak barrels, rather than in a single cask.
The bourbon has a deep crimson colour and a toasty character. Garrison Brothers describe it as bold and well balanced, with the two-barrel ageing shaping its flavour.
