Garrison Brothers – Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 47%)

Garrison Brothers Small Batch is a straight bourbon from Hye, Texas, bottled at 94 proof in a 75cl bottle. It is made on site from corn to cork, one barrel at a time, with no whiskey sourced from elsewhere. The sweet mash is built from #1 food-grade corn, soft red winter wheat from local farms and two-row barley. The bourbon has an amber-crimson colour. The nose is subtle, with golden delicious apple and honey. The palate brings honeysuckle, orange candy, yellow pound cake and baking spices, and the finish is long.
