Garrison Brothers Guadalupe is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 107 proof, in a 75cl bottle. It is the distillery's Texas bourbon given a port wine finish.
The whiskey was aged for four years in toasted and charred white American oak barrels, then for a further two years in port casks brought from Portugal.
The tasting notes describe a creamy liquid with full berry fruit and ripe plums, followed by strawberry butter on flaky biscuits, chocolate and cinnamon, lavender honey and toasted coffee beans.
