This is Garrison Brothers Texas straight bourbon in a 37.5cl boot flask, bottled at 47% ABV. The smaller, portable format is meant for taking to the ball game, the rodeo or a dance.
The nose is subtle, with golden delicious apple and honey. On the palate come verbena, fresh cut grass, saddle leather and cinnamon, then honeysuckle, orange candy, pound cake, baking spices and lemon gumdrops. The finish is long.
