Garrison Brothers Single Barrel is a Texas straight bourbon, bottled from barrels hand-picked by master distiller Donnis Todd. It is 47% ABV and comes in a 75cl bottle.
The mash bill is 74% white corn grown in the Texas Panhandle, 15% estate-grown soft red winter wheat and 11% Canadian malted barley. The bourbon is made from a sweet grain mash and aged for 3 years in charred oak.
It is deep amber in colour, with toasted butterscotch on the nose and a palate of caramelised brown sugar.
