A honey-infused small batch bourbon from Garrison Brothers, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It is made with Burleson's Texas wildflower honey.
The master distiller cut used bourbon barrels into small wooden cubes and soaked them in honey. Once they had absorbed it, the cubes went into a stainless-steel tank with the bourbon and stayed there for seven months.
The bourbon is described as smooth and light, with a sweet honey finish.
