Garrison Brothers – Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

This is a single barrel straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers of Texas. Each bottling comes from one new American white oak barrel that has matured in the Texas heat, so the character of the oak and the climate shapes every barrel differently. Barrels chosen for the single barrel programme are at least four years old. The bourbon has a dark copper colour. The nose is pronounced, with butterscotch, oak, vanilla and nutmeg, and a sweet oak flavour drives the palate. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
