Garrison Brothers – Honeydew Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Garrison Brothers Honeydew is a Texas straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). It is the distillery's small batch bourbon infused with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey. The honey comes through an unusual step. Used bourbon barrels were cut into small wooden cubes and soaked in honey, then placed in a stainless steel tank with the bourbon for seven months. The tasting notes list sweet elderberry syrup, yellow-fleshed peaches, apricots, white chocolate and golden Texas honey.
