Garrison Brothers Bourbon is a straight bourbon from Texas, in a 75cl bottle at 47% ABV. This is bottle number 5315 from the 2021 release. It is made at the Garrison Brothers ranch in Hye from corn, red winter wheat and barley, and aged in deeply charred American oak barrels.
The nose offers dark maple syrup, roasted pecans, charred oak and cinnamon caramel. The palate is rich, with vanilla bean, cocoa, cherry cola and baking spice over charred wood and honeycomb. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, rye spice and brown sugar.
