Garrison Brothers – HoneyDew Cask Strength Single Barrel Bourbon (64.3%)

This is a single barrel bourbon from Garrison Brothers of Texas, bottled at cask strength, 64.25% ABV (128.5 proof). It is a limited edition infused with Burleson's Texas wildflower honey, a process the distillery calls HoneyDew. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, and is sealed with a double wax dip. The nose is typically described as honey, caramel, toasted oak, vanilla and baking spice. On the palate come rich honey sweetness, dark caramel, cinnamon, roasted nuts and oak spice, then a long, warm finish of honey, charred oak and spice.
