Garrison Brothers – HoneyDew

Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is a small batch bourbon infused with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey. The infusion was done with wood. Small cubes cut from used bourbon barrels were immersed in honey and, once they had fully absorbed it, were placed in a stainless-steel tank with the bourbon. There they soaked for seven months. The result is a light, smooth bourbon with a sweet honey finish.
