Garrison Brothers Lady Bird is a Texas straight bourbon from the 2026 release, a limited edition bottled at 57% in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon is infused with honey and finished in Cognac casks. On the nose are honey, caramel, dried fruit, toasted oak and warm baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, floral honey, dark fruit, vanilla, a Cognac-like richness and bold oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, spice and cask influence.
