Repeal Reserve VI is a limited-edition straight bourbon from George Remus, bottled in 2022 at 50% without added colour and without chill-filtration. It is a tribute to the legend of George Remus.
The nose is led by candied fruit, with a touch of nutmeg and saddle leather. The palate brings candied fruit and fig jam, then oak and charred wood, with mint, caramel, toffee and honey. The finish carries sweet fruit and leather, a lasting sweetness and a note of rye spice.
