This is Batch 8 of the GlenAllachie 10 Year Old, a Speyside single malt bottled at a cask strength of 57.2%.
Billy Walker built it by combining Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons with Rioja barriques and a small share of virgin oak casks.
The balance is of dried fruit, spices and dark chocolate, with the sweetness typical of GlenAllachie.
